October 21, 2011October 20, 2011 – A few minutes ago our office experienced a catastrophic AT&T cable line failure in our area. At the present time we are without any phone service at all. Construction workers in the area severed a major underground cable which services our entire local area. AT&T has advised the failure and related infrastructure will take approximately 24 hours to fix. As our computer servers are housed in an off-site data center with multiple modes of connectivity, all other facets of our operations are functioning properly.
We are encouraging all communications to be forwarded via e-mail as all accounts are working properly and are being closely monitored to ensure the timely handling of any and all business related issues.
